Restaurants

At The Datai, there are some 5 choice for you. For an experience of Al fresco dining under the forest canopy and amidst the soaring trees, The Pavilion is the choice that serves real Thai cuisine. A delicious local as well as western menu is served in the signature Dining Room where you can enjoy all the three meals of the day.

Dining with the clear vistas of the ocean against the fantastic setting is possible at the Beach Club after 8 pm, which features outdoor seating. If you want to somewhat within the rainforest, the Gulai house is the best option nestled at 300 meters from the main building. Accessible via the old ‘Titi’ bridge in the rainforest, this is open-air Malay zone offering both Indian as well as Malay dishes. Further, you can choose from the two seating styles: Nobat that involves the traditional floor seating and Tables that is the normal one. Enjoy the vast a la carte menu offered daily by the different chefs and special chef menu along with the local cultural show on Sunday at 8 pm for an hour.
